All of my cakes are homemade from scratch using quality ingredients.

Each cake is then sealed with ganache and covered in sugarpaste

The modern day wedding cake is now very often a variety of sponge flavours with delicious and imaginative fillings. 

Below are a handful of my most popular flavour combinations

 

 Classic Vanilla

Vanilla sponge layered with raspberry conserve & Madagascan vanilla buttercream

Lemon

Light & fluffy lemon sponge layered with lemon buttercream and lemon curd

Chocolate Fudge Cake

Moist chocolate sponge filled with chocolate sauce & ganache

Chocolate Caramel

Chocolate sponge cake filled with layers of salted caramel sauce & vanilla buttercream

Caramel

Light caramel flavoured sponge filled with salted caramel sauce & buttercream

Raspberry & White Chocolate

Vanilla sponge with fresh raspberries & layers of white chocolate ganache & raspberry conserve

Traditional Fruit Cake

Matured & fed with brandy. Luxury fruits, nuts & cherries covered in marzipan

Please Note that I do not currently provide any special dietary cakes such as gluten free, egg free etc. I do work in a kitchen that contains nuts or nut products.
